Our organization is truly saddened to hear of the passing of our Queen, her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II of Canada and of the Commonwealth. We are eternally grateful for the service she has provided. She will be greatly missed. The Queen's family is in our thoughts at this time.
23:40 EDT: Merbridge is reporting all of our @Rogers/@RogersBiz connections have been restored. Customers whom have any issues should follow normal on-call procedures to report any outages. On-call procedures can be found in your TSO handbook.
As @Rogers/@RogersBiz continues to make progress with the outage, engineers will be working into the night. As services start to return, Rogers' CEO, Mr. Staffieri, has issued a statements to Canadians. Additional updates are posted to our #Facebook page.
