→ Cash tiering: every payment hits a policy gate — auto-approve micro-spends, escalate the rest to a human before money moves.
→ Compute tiering: routes each job by margin — real per-call cost comes from hermes-telemetry (my open-source Hermes plugin), so profitable → ULTRA, thin → BASE, underwater → REJECT.
Approve or reject from a live dashboard. @stripe powers real revenue + spend, @NVIDIAAI Nemotron handles the routing.
Agents that earn and spend are already here. ARGUS is how you ship them without handing over the company card.
