U515 were heading back to the base when they decided that a parked up car in a quiet back street with the lights on looked a bit suspicious. Upon speaking with the driver a large amount of class A was found (this being just the first of several finds) ^5882U

On Saturday U514 came across a vehicle swerving across the road and was worth speaking too. Unfortunately that left a party in West London that ended up without having their balloons. ^5882U

Here are some highlights from the week. On Tuesday U513 were patrolling around Vauxhall Bridge Road when their attention was drawn to a male engaging with numerous drug users. He then tried to make off away from police where a quantity of class A drugs was recovered. ^5882U

Brilliant result this evening from TSG U313 following a stop and search, the below machete was recovered from the males waistband. He was arrested and is currently in custody.

U5.1 were back out on patrol after a busy weekend working public order events and concerts. 5945U on his last shift with the unit before a deserved break spotted a car which roused his suspicions. Upon speaking with the driver this was found on him and more at his home! ^5882U

U517 were out on patrol this evening and came across a vehicle which roused their suspicions. intel showed the vehicle involved in all sorts of criminality. Upon stopping the vehicle the driver was over the limit for cocaine and this casually in the boot. Space for 1. ^5882U

U5.1 weren't satisfied with just completing a rapid entry this morning so they went out carrying out some plain clothes deployments around @mpssouthwark two males identified involved in drug supply and both arrested. ^5882U.

This morning U5.1 assisted local officers effecting entry on an address plaguing the local residents with issues caused by the supply of class A drugs. Swift entry gained and two males taken to custody after a quantity of class A drugs and stolen property found. ^5882U

Yesterday we had the privilege of escorting a group of inspiring people completing a charity walk from Peterborough United FC to Stamford Bridge. They did this over 3 days and completed 95 miles in total. #charitywalk #metpolice #mountedbranch #policehorses #makeMilliemobile
