My plea concerns Jacinta Ngobese - a soul of exceptional merit whose quiet fortitude, indefatigable diligence, and selfless devotion to the community & the country have long rendered her worthy of recognition far beyond the modest station she presently occupies. Jacinta has, through years tended to the young and the aged with a tenderness that knows no fatigue, extended hospitality to the strangers and pupils, and contributed her labour without expectation of recompense to the collective good of our people. Her character is marked by an integrity that remains unblemished, a resilience that has weathered every storm, and a humility so profound that she would never herself solicit what is due to her by the simple measure of her virtue. In her, one finds the very embodiment of those enduring qualities—perseverance, compassion, and fidelity—that form the bedrock of any flourishing society. To bestow upon her a tangible measure of prosperity is not merely an act of charity, but a reaffirmation of the principle that steadfast service shall not go unrewarded. Therefore, with the deepest humility and the most ardent hope, I beseech you to exercise that singular authority which resides in you alone and to arrange that Jacinta be furnished with at least five obese, robust, and well-nourished cows before the close of this year 🙏.
