I can bet my left testicle that NOBODY, without a medical training, would pass any post-Med School Professional Exam just because he can study.
I am beginning to dislike this “Doctors or Engineers can easily ace the CFA exams”
You people should rest at this point. It’s an exam, you study to pass.
Besides, those passing these exams are intelligent, at least.
You cannot be a dullard and pass exams, especially if you don’t read.
If an intelligent business or finance person studies for an engineering or medical exam too, they will ace it.
But you won’t find us writing your exams because kila feh fishey? 😂😂
You can pass the exams because you studied nau, if you deal with practical issues at work, na that finance person go still put you through.

Do you think a primary healthcare centre masquerading as a general hospital with one corper doctor should assume the duties of a stroke unit??
If you were referred, there’s NOTHING they can DO
The Doctor that would see you has most likely been working since 8am yesterday, is currently attending to an emergency in the ward, would take 10 minutes to freshen up to come and see you.
Nigeria is a big crime scene.

This is why a patient who is eating well and taking in fluids perfectly will be looking at you somehow if you don't Add Normal saline to their management plan.
Routine Simple IV hydration therapy is good.
That is administering saline, vitamins or minerals to support hydration and wellness.
Different people with different goals- simple hydration, immune support, skin health etc.
It's not to be abused. These people are checked and reviewed.
If you have the money, you're a busy person, care about your health and wellness, it's a good to do.
A lot of people also walking around with AKI 1 in Nigeria without knowing. Lots of malaria bites, people drinking Agbo, overuse of painkillers, many drug users, imbalance nutrition less than body requirements, etc.
PS: I did not say you should go and buy drip and ask your nursing friends to give you. You need to be under a clinic.
