They like to think I'm jobless, even though I'm still very much employed after 16 years in the industry and nowadays in my off time I help indie teams/studios with publisher meetings so they can get the funding they need to complete their vision.
Its sad-funny watching the Chud movement celebrate the Corporations continually destroying gaming with price hikes, mismanagement & studio closures believing its all happening cuz of "activist writers" and DEI! It plays perfect with their dumbass "woke boogeyman" scapegoat grift, when this sort of rampant unchecked corporatism has existed for decades in the industry and has been a cycle. When corporate entities stupidly chase short-term shareholder value, live service slop without substance & market consolidation then gamer atrophy & mass layoffs are bound to follow. But NO GUYS, its ACHTUALLY cuz "purple haired women in gaming are destroying our games! and now they are jobless! Haha!! this'll teach those devs!! GO WOKE! GO BROKE!! hurr durr!" geezuz🤦♂️

Oh god I might be a fake fan!? I don't own any of the Dragon Age games in physical format anymore. Wait.. Wait.. I still have my CIB KOTOR 1 & 2 and the Mass Effect Trilogy in my collection. (Yes I have Anthem somewhere as well) But I really am gonna have to rectify the Dragon Age issue since I only currently own them digitally.
