Does the GitHub Copilot CLI (v1.0.80) support Agent Plugins 1.0 and Copilot-specific extensions? I've tried putting an "agents", "instructions" and "hooks" folder under the "com.github.copilot" folder, but I never them in the CLI. Skill and MCP server OK. #GitHubCopilot
Doc at github.com/github/copilot-cl…, code.visualstudio.com/update…, and github.blog/changelog/2026-0… all indicate using com.github.copilot. Can't get it to work though.
