Opening a project with “I don’t speak Lingala” while immediately speaking Congolese Lingala is an interesting way to pique a listener’s interest. Richard Bona’s mastery of music and instrumentation shines through on Heritage, where he weaves the Cameroonian Douala language into

To create this masterpiece called "Profound" INIMA becomes the Avatar herself. Not only are the tracks of this Ep named after the four elements, she also weaved self aware lines with soothing Afro sounds. She makes such an "Afro earthy" sound that makes you wake up mentally!

With an interesting cover art and mellow but bold production, Last Names Only draws one into a jazz rap zone that is under explored in the Nigerian music scene. This project takes us through chief.xle's artistic mind exploring identity, lyrical braggadocio and familial

Majek Fashek’s Spirit of Love is a beautiful blend of reggae, Fuji and juju. Beyond its rich instrumentation, the album carries strong social commentary, with every track speaking to love, society and the realities of both old and current times. A timeless body of work.
