Just wrapped our earnings call. It was a fast start to our fiscal year. Microsoft Cloud revenue surpassed $63B, with growth accelerating to 30% YoY. Lots of innovation as we build the new tech stack for the agentic wave. A few highlights:

We're redefining the SDLC for the agentic era. Lots of GitHub updates this morning at Universe: • GitHub Copilot Fusion delivers frontier-level quality, 40% faster and at up to 77% lower cost • Our unified Copilot harness is now in Foundry, a managed service for building long-running agents that reason, use tools, and get work done • Copilot Projects gives you an orchestration loop to build with multiple agents across repos And we’re expanding capacity and strengthening GitHub’s architecture to make the home of agentic development more resilient.

Keeping over a million elevators and escalators running smoothly is no small task. Today in Cologne, I heard about how TK Elevator is using our tech to help provide its service technicians access to decades of shared knowledge, streamlining the process, so they can spend less time searching for answers and more time keeping people moving.

Today in the UK, I saw how the Yorkshire Ambulance Service is using Copilot to cut down on administrative work and make better use of its data, and ultimately provide a better experience for medical personnel and patients. It's an early example of what's possible as NHS England expands Copilot to as many as 500,000 clinicians and support staff across the country.

Today in Paris, we announced new capabilities across Microsoft Sovereign Cloud, expanding choice and control for organizations running their most sensitive workloads across public and private cloud, and our growing partner ecosystem. blogs.microsoft.com/blog/202…

Today we are announcing our biggest bet yet on our own silicon. Starting next calendar year, we will scale our Maia family to multi-gigawatt deployments, making it the primary inference system for our own product and services. And we’re introducing Maia 300, which delivers 40% more tokens per watt compared to leading GPU-based systems. We are already deploying Maia 200 across the US, Europe, and Australia, delivering up to 1.7x more tokens per watt across experiences in Teams and Copilot. Our goal is to build on the full-stack efficiency gains we’ve already seen, while continuing to bring the latest innovations from across the ecosystem into our fleet.

Introducing Microsoft-Decision-1, our new model for fast decision-making. It delivers top performance on structured decision tasks, outperforming both LLMs and other decision models in latency and quality. We’re already testing it across Microsoft for everything from incident response and quality control to scientific discovery.

Your PC becomes an infinite software factory. • Security is foundational to all this, which is why we are also bringing together Windows and Agent 365 so agents can work within secure boundaries on-device, including MXC a local sandbox for agent execution.
