INEOS threw away this season, because Amorim said some harsh truths about the board and it hurt some egos.. Huge mistake to sack Amorim. For the first time it felt like an actual rebuild. Was so ready to sign a couple of big CMs in the summer and see us cook next year.. Sigh..

1. Keep a manager you're not sure about and give him 300 million then sack him 2 months later. 2. Appoint a 10/10 (Sir Jim's words) DOF then sack him after 3 months because you don't like his advice. 3. Bring in a manager with a totally different philosophy to the team and players. Sack him after a year. Trust the INEOS Process....Rather trust Ronald McDonald with my pet cow
