He’s definitely one of one. Tonight, our documentary on the life of education reform advocate Dr. Howard Fuller premieres locally at 9 pm on Channel 10. “A Fuller Education” is also being shown on PBS affiliates nationwide and is available for streaming at fullerfilm.org

The @MULawPoll had Crowley +7 among likely voters. Unofficial results have him at +8.0. Some thought +7 was too high given recent Wisconsin elections, but not so much. The national MULawPoll congressional ballot had D+13, which people also said was high. Looks like +13 to +14.
Milwaukee police used to issue tens of thousands of tickets for everything from vandalism to truancy to driving without a license. John Johnson and I found those numbers have declined dramatically in the last 20 years.

Ok, Mike, they heard you. Their threshold was eight runs and then they show the AmFam camera
As a former TV guy, I find it interesting that the Fox broadcast says little about the thousands of loud, Brewers fans at the Trop. And that it doesn’t have a live camera at Am Fam, where 31,000 fans are watching the game on a big screen. Missed opportunity for a great visual.

Most outsider-looks-in pieces don't get the essence of a place. This one, about Milwaukee and Wisconsin and the #Brewers, nails it. espn.com/mlb/story/_/id/5026…

@MikeGousha had a great documentary on it. Highly recommend!
Hey @daveweigel and @ChrisCillizza, Wisconsin here. If you’re interested in WI’s last major experience with socialism, we did a 2020 doc for PBS, “America’s Socialist Experiment, “ looking at Milwaukee’s unique socialist history. Still available on @PrimeVideo.

These kinds of headlines make what’s happened in @cityofmilwaukee more striking. Here, major corporations have moved jobs from the suburbs to downtown in recent years (@MilwaukeeTool, @Fiserv, @NM_Financial) and thousands of new apartments have been built in or near downtown.
