DOORDASH TO ACQUIRE INSTACART IN $17 BILLION DEAL $DASH has agreed to acquire $CART for $65 per share. Instacart shareholders can receive cash, DoorDash stock or a combination, with stock limited to 25% of the total consideration. DoorDash plans to retain Instacart's brand, app and enterprise technology products while combining DashPass and Instacart+ into a single membership. Instacart customers would gain access to over 50,000 additional stores, while combined membership savings are estimated at $100 million annually. The deal is expected to close in late 2027 or H1 2028, pending shareholder and regulatory approvals.

ANDURIL AND QUALCOMM $QCOM ARE STARTING A NEW LAPTOP COMPANY CALLED BLUECHIP The laptops will be rugged and waterproof, built for the military, police, and first responders, per WSJ. Anduril will make them at its Arsenal-1 plant in Ohio, and Qualcomm's chips will be made at TSMC's Arizona plant. Founder Palmer Luckey says 90% of each laptop already comes from the US and its allies, with a plan to go fully American-made.

10 post-quantum crypto projects worth watching before 2027 👇 recently, i've noticed more attention flowing into post-quantum crypto projects, especially smaller caps focused on quantum-resistant security. after my previous post about 10 alpha picks on @safetrade, i decided to dig deeper into this narrative. one thing is becoming clear: quantum security is gradually moving from a long-term concept to actual blockchain development. NIST standardized its first post-quantum cryptographic algorithms in 2024, and several crypto projects have already started implementing them. i believe this could become an interesting narrative heading into 2027, particularly for projects that already have working technology. here are 10 projects on my watchlist: [1] base:0x37696cd8f723ce541ac376f79fc109080e505ba3 | @QRLedger – one of the earliest quantum-resistant blockchains, using XMSS signatures since its 2018 mainnet launch. – built around post-quantum security from day one, with a long operating history. [2] $QTC | @QuantusNetwork – launched mainnet in sep 2026 with native ML-DSA signatures. – combines PoW, post-quantum security and ZK-based transaction aggregation. – a relatively new pure-play project i'd keep watching as its mining ecosystem and liquidity develop. [3] algorand:native | @Algorand – Falcon-based State Proofs have been live since 2022. – native Falcon-1024 accounts became available on mainnet in aug 2026. – one of the more established L1s making measurable progress on quantum-resistant accounts. [4] $NEAR | @NEARProtocol – introduced ML-DSA transaction signing on mainnet in jul 2026. – users can add post-quantum access keys to existing accounts. – its broader roadmap also covers wallet support, consensus and cross-chain security. [5] $STRK | @Starknet – experimental Falcon-512 account transactions have already been demonstrated on mainnet. – account abstraction allows wallets to adopt different signature schemes without a network-wide hard fork. – still early, but i think this flexibility could become increasingly valuable. [6] $MCM | @mochimocrypto – has used WOTS+ hash-based signatures since genesis in 2018. – another early native post-quantum project with a different security architecture. – worth watching as more attention shifts toward smaller, crypto-native PQC networks. [7] $CELL | @cellframenet – a quantum-resistant Layer 0 focused on decentralized services and infrastructure. – supports post-quantum signatures, including Dilithium, with a flexible cryptographic architecture. – an interesting infrastructure play if demand for quantum-safe blockchain services expands. [8] $QANX | @QANplatform – building a quantum-resistant, EVM-compatible blockchain. – uses ML-DSA-based technology and supports smart-contract development across multiple programming languages. – public mainnet delivery and actual ecosystem adoption remain important catalysts to monitor. [9] $SUI | @SuiNetwork – developing native ML-DSA-65 accounts and hash-based quantum-safe vaults. – targeting testnet support by late 2026 and mainnet account authentication in Q1 2027. – a larger-cap project with a clear post-quantum development roadmap. [10] tezos:native | @tezos – launched Quantumnet, an experimental post-quantum testnet, in sep 2026. – developers are testing quantum-resistant consensus and network architecture. – still a research-stage initiative, but a project worth tracking for further upgrades. --------------------------------- i see two potential opportunities in this narrative. – smaller pure-play projects like base:0x37696cd8f723ce541ac376f79fc109080e505ba3, $QTC, $MCM and $CELL could attract more speculative attention if post-quantum becomes a stronger market theme. – established ecosystems like algorand:native, $NEAR, $STRK and $SUI could benefit from making quantum-resistant security available to existing users. personally, i'll be paying closer attention to projects that can demonstrate real onchain implementation, active development and improving liquidity. ofc, having post-quantum technology doesn't automatically make a token undervalued. adoption, tokenomics and valuations still matter. i think this narrative is worth watching into 2027.
