On @SideLionReport: If the #Lions do decide to hire a senior defensive assistant this season, an intriguing option could become available in the coming weeks. #OnePride sidelionreport.com/potential…

Potential Dan Quinn firing could open the door for a Lions coaching staff addition

Commanders head coach Dan Quinn is on thin ice, but his proven track record as a DC could make him appealing to the Lions if he's fired.

On @SideLionReport: Drew Petzing has the Bye week to solve the case of the missing first quarter offense, and one suspect is beginning to emerge in the form of one the #Lions best units. #OnePride sidelionreport.com/lions-off…

Lions’ offense remains terrified of winning the first quarter in 2026

What's the deal with the Lions' slow starts on offense? A culprit may be emerging.

On @SideLionReport: The #Lions defense actually looked decent in the team's dominant win vs. the #Cardinals, giving DC Kelvin Sheppard some peace and quiet during the Bye week to sort out what's been going wrong. #OnePride sidelionreport.com/the-lions…

The Lions’ defense just played like they wanted Kelvin Sheppard to keep his job

The Lions defense played their best ball all season, showing that DC Kelvin Sheppard could actually turn things around.

Detroit Lions RT Blake Miller’s 79.3 PFF pass-blocking grade this season is the second-highest by any rookie OL over the last five seasons, trailing only Joe Alt’s 79.4 grade in 2024.

Per our data and confirmed by NFL Research, Jared Goff is the first player in NFL history to have 12+ passing TDs and zero giveaways through a team's first five games of a season. No other QB has ever done that before.

Just a quick theory: the slow starts on offense are an offensive line issue. All three Jared Goff sacks today came in the first quarter, along with seven of his 11 on the season. Once the line settles in, the #Lions offense does its thing. #OnePride

Jared Goff is now 10-1 against the #Cardinals. His only loss came New Years Day 2017, which was nearly 10 years ago. #OnePride

Jake Bates Update: Bates is still perfect this season. #OnePride

Drew Petzing hanging 45 on his former team after spotting them a quarter. Took a while to get going, but you can tell he and the #Lions offense were inspired today. #OnePride
