What kind of year has @zanemills13 had thus far? He's made six appearances out of the pen, is 3-0 with a 1.50 ERA. In 12 innings, he's scattered a mere seven hits, has struck out 11, and opponents are only hitting .167 off the big righty. #GFC
In tonight's loss to the Timber Rattlers, @zanemills13 came on in relief in the bottom of the eighth. He pitched the full frame, didn't allow a run.
Best of luck to the Peoria Chiefs as they embark on their 2024 season. They have a real stud on the staff in @zanemills13. Can't wait to see what the season holds for the big righty! #GoCougs
How well did @zanemills13 do? Went five frames, scattered five hits, allowed only one run. Good outing for Zane.

Hey, here's your chance to vote for Zane in a meaningless online poll... but that's OK because we Cougs are good at that! vivaelbirdos.com/2023/3/6/23…
You know what's going to be awesome? That day we get to draft @zanemills13 for our fantasy baseball team!

Our favorite ex-Coug showed flashes of brilliance in 2022 and we have every reason to believe 2023 will be even better!

Not surprisingly, Zane recognized for his year. He had good overall numbers and good development. We really can't wait until next season!
Right-hander Zane Mills was the consistent leader of the #STLCards High-A Peoria Chiefs rotation in 2022. The 22-year-old picks up our Peoria Starter of the Year honors over 6 finalists including Logan Gragg and Dionys Rodriguez. @Matt_Lucas3 reports. ($) thecardinalnation.com/2022-p…
It was a good first full-season for Zane. The righty started 26 games across both low-A and high-A. He logged 144 innings (3.88 ERA) and struck out 104 against 35 walks. It would not be unreasonable to think he spends part or all of next year at Double-A. #GoCougs
Tough night for our boy tonight. It happens. Went three frames, gave up six hits and two walks and a homer. But, he WAS followed by a guy who has the last name of Manzo! Lol. #GoCougs
He went five. Gave up only two hits. No walks. No runs. Four Ks. Just a stud outing for the righty! #GoCougs
For all you Coug fans, we not only have @WSUCougarFB tonight, but Coug royalty @zanemills13 is on the bump as Peoria hosts Wisconsin. #GoCougs

Sunday's good outing by Zane against Beloit — his second in a row against that team — ends a phenomenal August! Across five starts, he was 2-1 in 28.1 innings, walking only four while striking out 19. He had a 1.91 ERA for the month. #GoCougs
In Zane We Trust. The right-hander out of @wsucougarbsb went six frames, striking out four, and giving up only three hits and a walk. He picks up the dub. #GoCougs
Riddle us this: what do you get when Zane pitches six innings, gives up only one run, doesn't walk anyone, and strikes out five? How about... a loss! 😭 No offense today for Peoria. But Zane was stellar! Way to go big guy. #GoCougs
