Milton Transitional Housing helps people rebuild their lives through safe housing, personalized case management, and long‑term stability planning. When you support MTH, you’re giving someone the chance to regain independence, secure employment, and move forward with confidence.
Heat waves hit vulnerable community members the hardest. You can support Milton’s unhoused neighbours by sharing resources, offering cold drinks, or directing people to local cooling centres. Every act of kindness helps someone stay safe until they can find stable housing.

Our volunteers truly are the heart of MTH. They give their time, compassion, and energy to help families transition out of homelessness and into stability. Whether they’re organizing donations, supporting events, or spreading awareness, their impact is felt every single day.
Summer heat can be dangerous, especially for those experiencing homelessness. Stay cool by hydrating often, seeking shade, and avoiding peak sun hours. Consider donating water bottles, sunscreen, hats, or transit passes. These items can make a big difference.
