TL;DR if surgeons wear red they'll summon the ghosts faster
Your eyes have a glitch so dangerous that hospitals redesigned every operating room on Earth to work around it.
Stare at something red for two minutes, then look at a white wall. A green ghost floats in your vision. Harmless when it's you and a wall. Now make it a surgeon, six hours deep in an open chest cavity, and the ghost appears the moment they glance up from the blood. A phantom green blob hovering exactly where the scalpel goes next.
That ghost has been ruining surgeries since electric lighting arrived. Surgeons in white got blinded by glare, saw phantoms on their colleagues' gowns, and got headaches mid-operation while someone's heart sat open in front of them.
In 1914 a San Francisco surgeon named Harry Sherman snapped. He rebuilt his entire operating theater in "spinach green," walls, sheets, towels, gowns, all of it matched to the exact complement of hemoglobin. The ghosts vanished into the fabric. His eyes stopped fatiguing. He could suddenly tell healthy tissue from dying tissue by shades of red his colleagues literally could not see anymore.
Every green scrub on the planet descends from that one man's meltdown.
And red is the worst possible choice by every rule at once. It exhausts the exact cone cells surgery depends on, it summons the ghosts faster, and it makes blood invisible on the fabric, so a soaked, contaminated gown looks freshly laundered.
A telenovela dressed its doctors in the one color a century of eye science exists to defeat. Viewers with zero medical training felt something was wrong before they could explain it.

I'm guessing that right after his flash, you walk up instead of to the left, so he gets 1-2 extra autos. Since you have no armor, the BotRK and crits deal a ton of damage, amped by 35% on his E
If you space those autos, you might get out with about 30% HP instead of near dead
So you're telling me they could've invested all that time and money into either cute androids or loveable robots.
And they decided to go "Nah, let's make a nightmare demon killbot that looks like it could choke out a Warframe."
Which door would you choose? $2 billion or the collapse of the planet's economy and the abolition of money within 2 months?
Anyone who sees this and goes off arguing about men should be considered legally blind or schizophrenic.
