Yesterday our CEO Thomas Queenan, traveled to Hudson Park Towers in York, PA to see the progress of the renovations and meet our new Community Manager for Hudson and Princess Street Apartments, Jeremy Chambers!

Gardening class with Heroic Gardens looked a little different this time. Residents at The Whitehall Apartments in Chester Co, PA got to decorate pumpkins! Most carved theirs, one resident painted a self portrait on his!

Last week, Steve Falk, a retired photo journalist for The Philadelphia Inquirer, came to share some of his photos and life stories for residents at The Whitehall Apartments in Chester, Co. PA. He photographed sporting events such as the Super Bowls that the Eagles played in!

Yesterday, our Construction, Real Estate Development, Property Management and Maintenance teams along with @PHFAtweets, York County Planning Commission, Architectural Concepts and Steelworks did a walkthrough of Hudson Park Towers in York, PA. It is weeks away from completion!!
Last week, a representative from @ProviveWellness, came to spend some time with residents at The Whitehall Apartments in Chester Co. PA. Residents were served pancakes and eggs! They also had the chance to socialize while learning more about Provive Wellness.
On Wednesday, Development Team members Sarah Constant and Elizabeth Everhart went to the @ABCBaltimore’s Excellence in Construction Awards with Moseley Architects and @HarkinsBuilders. We received the ABC Baltimore Platinum Excellence in Construction award for Patuxent Commons!

Last week, Community Life Manager Steven Isaacson attended a breakfast celebration in honor of National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM). The event recognized the talents and contributions of people with disabilities and celebrated inclusive employment opportunities!
Last Thursday, residents at Patuxent Commons in Columbia, MD had a community gathering to hear updates and get recertification questions answered from Property Management and Resident Services! They also learned about upcoming programs. Food was catered by Tino's Italian Bistro!
Camp Upward gives young residents in Washington DC the opportunity to participate in fun academic programs that keeps them learning and engaged during the summer!
