A Baylor student says he initially followed James Talarico because he believed Talarico was a centrist.
But after learning more about his positions, the student says it became clear to him that Talarico was not the centrist he initially thought he was and that some of his views were far more progressive than he expected.
The student specifically pointed to abortion as the issue that “broke the deal” for him.
