وفاقی وزیر قومی غذائی تحفظ و تحقیق رانا تنویر حسین کی زیرِ صدارت کپاس کی بحالی سے متعلق اعلیٰ سطحی اجلاس۔ اجلاس میں وفاقی و صوبائی اداروں، ٹیکسٹائل انڈسٹری،کاٹن جنرز اور نجی سیڈ کمپنیوں کے نمائندوں کی شرکت۔ اجلاس میں کپاس کی پیداوارمیںکمی اور بحالی کے لیے جامع حکمتِ عملی پر غور
حکومت کا کپاس کی پیداوار بڑھانے اور کاشتکاروں کا منافع بہتر بنانے کے لیے اہم اصلاحات پر غور۔ کپاس کے جدید جینیاتی مواد کے حصول کے لیے تین رکنی کمیٹی تشکیل دینے کا فیصلہ ۔ درآمدی کپاس کے بیج کی منظوری کا تقریباً سات سالہ عمل کم کرکے 12 سے 18 ماہ کرنے کی تجویز زیرِ غور۔
پاکستان اور ڈنمارک کے ادارے آئی کارس کے درمیان پولٹری سیکٹر میں اینٹی مائیکروبیل مزاحمت کی روک تھام کے لیے مفاہمتی یادداشت پر دستخط۔ وفاقی وزیر قومی غذائی تحفظ و تحقیق رانا تنویر حسین کی مفاہمتی یادداشت پر دستخط کی ورچوئل تقریب میں شرکت۔

Rana Tanveer Hussain, Federal Minister for @MoNFSR, in a high-level meeting with Bangladesh’s Minister of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Abdul Awal Mintoo, and Minister of State for Fisheries and Livestock, Sultan Salauddin Tuku, on the sidelines of the FAO Global Conf.
Addressing the opening plenary session, he stressed that global commitments must translate into practical action at the national level, backed by effective coordination and implementation. Pakistan was focusing on healthier and more resilient livestock and food production systems
