Today’s PD run with the @ModernPrincipal really resonated with me. I had three major takeaways. First, use 1:1s to secure early wins with the staff. Second, seek mentorship from leaders who think like you. Three, manage your time upfront on the mangerial side and stick to it.

I enjoyed another PD walk and podcast last night. I listened to one of the @ModernPrincipal episodes that discussed feedback. I used the 30 second method on post-it’s for pop ins! I have already received positive feedback from teachers on my WHEN and THEN statements!
