Thus Moltgate was born.
Goal => Find real demand before you build anything.
1. Create multiple offers
2. Send traffic
3. See which one attracts the most viewers
4. Kill losers, double down on winners
5. Automate winners
6. Rinse and repeat
I know a guy making $2000/mo vibe coding
100% of the money comes from his fucking JOB
he wastes away all his free time making bullshit "saas" projects that NOBODY NEEDS
but his brother makes $3200/mo posting 3 shorts a day
and the difference between these 2 idiots is genuinely hilarious
one spends 8 hours building a feature for an app with ZERO customers
the other makes videos about shit people already want to watch
the vibe coder is sitting there changing the color of his pricing page
PRICING PAGE???
NIGGA YOU HAVE NO CUSTOMERS
and the funniest part is how they research their ideas
the vibe coder asks Claude whether his revolutionary AI productivity app has potential
Claude tells him it's a FANTASTIC idea
so he spends another 3 weeks building it
his brother opens YouTube
finds a small channel with 2,000 subscribers getting 100k+ views on MULTIPLE videos about the same subject
and actually studies WHY people are watching
he reads the comments
looks at what questions people keep asking
and makes his own Shorts answering them
if people are arguing about which jobs pay $100k without a degree?
he researches 3 of those jobs and makes 3 separate videos
not 3 copies of the same fucking Short
3 different questions, original scripts, actual answers
then he checks the analytics
which topic got people to stop scrolling?
which one held their attention?
which one got people asking for another video?
he makes more of whatever worked
his brother can find out people don't give a fuck about an idea within a few uploads
the vibe coder finds out after 6 months and $800 in API credits
and here's what really makes me laugh
the guy making $3200/mo has no revolutionary product
no pricing tiers
no sales calls
he found an audience that already exists and started making videos for them
his brother just posted another 3 Shorts
and this mf is still deciding whether his free trial should be 7 days or 14
BRO YOU HAVE ZERO USERS
If you run out of things to build, come over to Moltgate and get 3 ideas of things to sell for free!
over the past couple of weeks, i heard multiple people telling me they could no longer use up their LLM subscriptions
the reasons were a mix of:
1. the frontier models became more efficient
2. they felt exhausted managing agents
3. they ran out of problems that they can throw to AI
1 will continue to happen. 2 is a tooling and workflow problem (just use firstmate haha) that will be solved as well
3 is an interesting one - it points at a novelty effect that may be wearing off, and a capability gap that AI just hasn’t reached the level that most people can trust to run their daily lives yet
meanwhile, my quotas have never been tighter because i have an endless number of things i want to build
that points at the reality of user segmentation - R&D is such a niche use case that needs an astounding amount of tokens. there aren’t many other use cases that are so token intensive
realistically, how many % of the world’s population will want to run an army of agents and build software all day? i don’t expect that to ever become a big number
so my speculation is that the current $200 subscriptions are likely already close to the ceiling of most people’s consumption needs. better models will unlock more use cases, but efficiency gains may cancel that out
like water, gas, power - most households will simply get one or two monthly AI subscription and be done
now the important part - this means if you are building a B2C business, you should almost never sell tokens as part of your offering, because there will be no demand. people already have their subscriptions and that’s enough
instead, allow people to bring their own LLM subscriptions to your product, and add value on top. i suspect this will hold for most B2B businesses as well, but for B2C this is almost certain at this point

most people pick one branch and grind it... the money is in stacking three that feed each other
The great Jeff Bullas couldn’t introduce what we do any better.
🎯
The one-person AI company.
The next business revolution?
Or the next great entrepreneurial fantasy?
AI can now help you build a business in a weekend.
> Choose a niche.
> Write a business plan.
> Build a website.
> Create a product.
> Design a marketing strategy.
> Deploy AI agents.
It all looks impressive.
Then you meet the market.
* Nobody clicks.
* Nobody buys.
*!Customers complain.
* Your pricing is wrong.
*!Your AI agents make mistakes.
As Mike Tyson famously said:
“Everyone has a plan until they get punched in the mouth.”
The market is the punch.
And AI doesn't remove it.
The real opportunity isn't building a one-person company that replaces 20 employees with 20 AI agents.
It's building a company where one human can create, deliver and capture more value than was previously possible alone.
But that human still needs to sell, adapt, make decisions and earn trust.
AI can build your business plan.
Only the market can validate your business.
And perhaps the most valuable AI won't be the agent that creates your business.
It will be the mentor that helps you survive the punches, learn and keep building.
The future isn't the one-person company without humans.
It's the one-person company that makes the human more capable.
