Had the opportunity tonight speak about Transvesical radical prostatectomy at SP symposium @CleClinicUro
1. Patient had history of quadruple transplant, mesh, 4 ureters. Simultaneous cystoscopy proved valuable
2. Anastomosis can be done without tennis racket or other maneuvers
