I just stopped by the West L.A. shelter with Robert Cabral to meet the beautiful dogs, speak with the hard working volunteers, and learn more about the conditions there.
So many loving dogs, just like Julia, are waiting for a home. The volunteers work so hard to walk them, nurture them, and give them the love and attention they deserve while helping them find families.
If you’re able to adopt, please visit the shelter. Meet Julia and the other beautiful dogs waiting for their chance. Your new best friend could be there waiting for you!

🚨Alert: President Trump approves a Firing Squad for the Fort Hood shooter!!
The last American serviceman executed by a US military firing squad was Private Eddie Slovik, on January 31, 1945.
He was shot at about 10:04 a.m. near Sainte-Marie-aux-Mines, France, by a 12-man squad from the 109th Infantry Regiment using M1 Garands (11 live rounds, one blank).
He had been court-martialed for desertion in the face of the enemy; General Dwight Eisenhower confirmed the sentence!!
