Don't know case but disgusting if true. As a patient 9% error rate is horrific. 90%? Criminal IMHO. What would make them stop if guilty? $1M per error? $10M? $100M per? If one patient suffered due to AI algorithm who goes to prison? If accurate, intentional patient injuries.
