๐จ AN OPEN LETTER TO THE $LUNC & $JURIS COMMUNITY: LET'S BUILD REAL LIQUIDITY TOGETHER. ๐๐ง
BITCOIN. ETHEREUM. GOLD. REAL-WORLD ASSETS. DECENTRALIZED LENDING.
We're building something much bigger than another decentralized exchange.
And now we're asking our community to help us take the next step.
With the support of @igorsoares62, we're bootstrapping three additional blue-chip markets on @LUNCSwapfun LSF Exchange:
โฟ WBTC / USDC โ Bitcoin exposure
โ WETH / USDC โ Ethereum exposure
๐ฅ PAXG / USDC โ Tokenized physical gold
All three assets are sourced from @ethereum and brought to Terra Classic through @hyperlane cross-chain infrastructure.
These markets represent another important step toward connecting Terra Classic to established financial assets and liquidity across the wider cryptocurrency ecosystem.
But launching the markets is only the beginning.
Now comes the real challenge: making them liquid, useful and sustainable.
๐ฏ OUR GOAL: $10,000 INITIAL LIQUIDITY PER MARKET.
Our strategy hasn't changed.
We want to bootstrap each new market to an initial liquidity target of $10,000, TOGETHER with our community.
And we're not expecting everyone else to do the work.
๐ฆ 30โ50% from @bumeocapital and @jurisprotocol
๐ 50โ70% from our community and participating liquidity providers
That means, for every $10,000 liquidity target:
๐ฐ $3,000โ$5,000 initially committed by our ecosystem.
๐ค $5,000โ$7,000 to be bootstrapped through community participation.
For the three new markets alone, that's a combined initial liquidity target of $30,000.
Once a market reaches its initial target, we can focus on bootstrapping the next one while continuing to grow and maintain liquidity in existing pools.
Small steps. Measurable progress. Sustainable growth.
WE DON'T NEED TO START WITH MILLIONS. WE NEED TO PROVE THAT WE CAN BUILD.
๐ฆ A MESSAGE TO PROFESSIONAL MARKET MAKERS & STRATEGIC PARTNERS.
There's a very specific reason we're pursuing this strategy.
We're already building relationships with market makers and potential partners capable of providing significantly larger liquidity commitments.
But we don't want to approach them with nothing more than an ambitious roadmap and promises about the future.
WE WANT TO SHOW THEM RESULTS.
We want to demonstrate that:
โ
Terra Classic has an active community willing to participate in building its financial markets.
โ
Even initially thin liquidity pools can attract genuine participation.
โ
Our ecosystem is capable of launching and maintaining markets around established assets.
โ
Bumeo Capital and Juris Protocol are willing to commit their own resources alongside the community.
โ
There's a foundation for attracting professional market making, deeper liquidity and additional financial infrastructure.
Imagine approaching a potential liquidity partner and showing them five functioning markets, each bootstrapped to $10,000 or more.
Real liquidity.
Real trading activity.
A growing selection of assets.
An expanding community of participants.
That's a much stronger proposition than asking someone to fund an ecosystem that hasn't demonstrated any traction.
Of course, $10K doesn't automatically make a market deep or guarantee sustainable volume.
But it gives us something meaningful to build upon.
And that's exactly the point.
COMMUNITY LIQUIDITY FIRST. PROFESSIONAL LIQUIDITY NEXT. ECOSYSTEM EXPANSION AFTER THAT.
๐ THREE NEW MARKETS โ EXPLORE THEM NOW.
All three markets are deployed on LSF Exchange infrastructure and can be explored through Vyntrex.

๐ BRIDGE FROM ETHEREUM TO TERRA CLASSIC
The official Terra Classic Hyperlane bridge provides the cross-chain infrastructure for transferring supported assets.
๐ bridge.terra-classic.io
Always verify the source token, destination network and asset representation before transferring funds.
๐ฆ WHY THIS IS ALSO IMPORTANT FOR JURIS PROTOCOL.
These listings aren't isolated projects.
They're an essential part of our larger ecosystem strategy.
LSF Exchange and Juris Protocol are being developed to complement each other.
LSF provides decentralized trading infrastructure and access to liquidity.
Juris Protocol provides decentralized lending and borrowing markets.
And eventually, suitable assets traded through LSF may also become eligible collateral in Juris Money Markets.
Our new WBTC, WETH and PAXG markets are particularly interesting candidates.
Imagine a future where users can:
1๏ธโฃ Bring Bitcoin, Ethereum or gold-backed assets to Terra Classic.
2๏ธโฃ Trade and provide liquidity through LSF Exchange.
3๏ธโฃ Deposit supported blue-chip assets into Juris Protocol as collateral.
4๏ธโฃ Borrow actual USDC against their positions without having to sell their underlying exposure.
5๏ธโฃ Use that USDC throughout a connected financial ecosystem.
Collateral listings remain subject to risk assessments, secure oracle infrastructure, liquidity requirements and governance or protocol approval.
But this is exactly the financial infrastructure we're building toward.
And there's another important component: JURIS STAKING REWARDS.
Our revenue-sharing model is designed to reward $JURIS stakers from protocol revenue.
As additional revenue sources and supported assets are integrated, we intend to expand how that economic activity benefits our stakers.
More useful markets can attract more activity.
More activity can generate more fees.
And eligible protocol revenue can contribute to staking distributions.
We're laying the foundations of the Juris ร LSF economic flywheel. ๐
Liquidity supports markets.
Markets support utility.
Utility attracts users.
Users create activity.
Activity can generate revenue.
Revenue supports the ecosystem and its stakeholders.
And a stronger ecosystem can attract additional liquidity.
THIS IS HOW WE WANT TO BUILD LONG-TERM VALUE โ THROUGH ACTUAL ECONOMIC ACTIVITY.
๐ FOUR YEARS AFTER THE CRASH, THIS IS OUR OPPORTUNITY.
Terra Classic doesn't need another thousand promises.
It needs working infrastructure.
It needs access to important assets.
It needs reliable cross-chain connections.
It needs liquidity.
It needs actual financial applications.
And above all, it needs an ecosystem where its participants have reasons to remain active beyond speculation.
That's why we're working on:
โฟ Bitcoin markets
โ Ethereum markets
๐ฅ Tokenized gold
๐ S&P 500 and other tokenized financial assets
๐ต USDC trading infrastructure
๐ฆ Juris decentralized lending
๐ Hyperlane and IBC interoperability
๐ผ LSF Wallet and self-custodial access
More assets. More markets. One connected ecosystem.
We have the technology.
We have the infrastructure.
We have partners willing to contribute.
And we have a community that has survived challenges few other crypto communities have experienced.
Now it's time to demonstrate what we can achieve together.
๐ข OUR OPEN CALL TO LIQUIDITY PROVIDERS.
If you're holding WBTC, WETH, PAXG or USDC and want to support the development of decentralized financial markets on Terra Classic, we invite you to explore participation in our new liquidity pools.
If you're a professional market maker, trading firm or liquidity provider interested in helping us scale these markets, we'd love to discuss potential cooperation.
And if you're a community member who cannot provide liquidity personally, you can still help.
Share the markets.
Introduce potential partners.
Help other users understand the assets and infrastructure.
Support education about liquidity provision.
Help us reach people who believe in building long-term financial infrastructure.
Liquidity provisioning involves real risks, including price volatility, impermanent loss, smart-contract and bridge vulnerabilities. Our targets are goals, not guaranteed returns.
WE'RE NOT ASKING ANYONE TO BLINDLY BUY A TOKEN.
We're asking our community to help build real, functioning markets โ responsibly, transparently and together.
๐ฅ THE CHALLENGE IS ON.
$10,000 PER POOL.
30โ50% FROM BUMEO & JURIS.
THE REST BUILT TOGETHER WITH OUR COMMUNITY.
Then we take our results to bigger partners.
Then we deepen the markets.
Then we expand the asset universe.
Then we keep building.
Let's show professional market makers and the wider crypto industry that Terra Classic isn't just a community that survived.
IT'S A COMMUNITY THAT CAN STILL BUILD.

๐๏ธ BUILDING THE BUMEO ECOSYSTEM โ THE BIGGER PICTURE
A personal update on Juris Protocol, LSF Exchange, our ecosystem strategy, and what comes next.
I've been working rather silently behind the scenes on something that I believe will fundamentally change how we operate as a company.
We're building a unified platform to manage our products, operations, and communications from one place, with AI assistance playing an increasingly important role, particularly in marketing, coordination, and community communications.
(Don't worry, @edTreb001 and @traderrocko aren't getting replaced by AI robots just yet. ๐๐ค)
Over the next few days, I'll probably be a little quieter than usual because Bumeo needs to finalize the books for its first financial year.
After that, we'll gradually start rolling out changes, introducing a new communication model, and overhauling our public-facing product websites, social media presence, and community groups.
But before we do that, I want to explain something that I think has been misunderstood for quite some time.
๐งฉ THERE IS A METHOD TO THE MADNESS
The Bumeo Ecosystem, with Juris Protocol at its heart, has largely been built in what I would call my style.
And I realize that my approach isn't always easy to understand from the outside.
In fact, it has sometimes created confusion, frustration, and friction, both within our team and in the wider community.
That's something I take responsibility for, and something I intend to improve through clearer structures and better communication.
So let me explain how I think, how I build, and why we're doing so many things simultaneously.
1. I don't like depending on circumstances I cannot control.
When I start building something, the ambition is naturally to make it successful and grow it into something substantial.
In our case, that something is Juris Protocol.
Our vision goes far beyond a basic lending application.
We're building toward a comprehensive DeFi money market ecosystem, including savings vaults, collateralized credit markets, fixed-rate lending, payment cards, and several other products I'm not quite ready to reveal yet.
But here's the important part.
I refuse to simply accept that the success of our business should depend entirely on whether the surrounding ecosystem happens to provide the right conditions.
Instead, I try to anticipate what our products will need to succeed.
What infrastructure is missing? Where will users come from? Where will liquidity come from? How will they access our markets? What economic incentives will attract them? And how can we create a sustainable business around all of this?
If the necessary conditions already exist, fantastic.
If they don't, we look for ways to help create them.
And if solving those problems creates additional business opportunities that can generate revenue and feed back into Juris Protocol, even better.
That's essentially how the Bumeo Ecosystem came into existence.
2. What looks like a distraction is often part of the bigger strategy.
I understand why some people look at our activities and ask:
Why are you working on an exchange? Why a wallet? Why analytics? Why cross-chain infrastructure? Why not just finish Juris and focus on that?
Those are perfectly reasonable questions.
But whenever we've been sitting in brainstorming meetings discussing LSF Exchange, LSF Wallet, or other ecosystem products, the underlying questions have consistently been:
How does this help Juris Protocol grow?
How can LSF Exchange attract liquidity that eventually finds its way into Juris money markets?
How can a wallet make our products easier to access?
How can trading activity generate sustainable revenue that supports further development?
How can we extend our financial runway while giving the broader Terra Classic ecosystem something genuinely useful?
And how can we make Terra Classic more attractive to users who would otherwise have little reason to interact with the chain?
Not every experiment will work. Not every opportunity will be worth pursuing indefinitely.
But there is a strategic rationale behind what we're building.
We're not trying to create ten unrelated businesses for the sake of it.
We're trying to build an interconnected economic ecosystem in which the individual products reinforce one another.
And Juris Protocol remains the central piece of that vision.
๐ฐ 3. OUR DUAL STRATEGY: BOOTSTRAPPING + EXTERNAL FUNDING
Another important aspect of our approach is how we intend to finance all of this.
We're pursuing two strategies simultaneously.
First: Organic growth and community-driven bootstrapping.
Keep operating costs extremely low, build useful products, generate cash flow, reinvest revenue, and gradually grow the ecosystem from the ground up.
Second: Business development and external funding.
At the same time, we're actively exploring opportunities with centralized exchanges, venture capital firms, strategic partners, and investment networks.
Why both?
Because I don't want the survival of our company to depend on a single investor, a single funding round, or one favorable market cycle.
There are plenty of sharks out there who are perfectly happy to wait until a business is running out of money before presenting their supposedly generous offer.
I would much rather negotiate from a position of independence than desperation.
And the best way to maintain that independence is to keep costs under control, extend our runway, and develop recurring revenue streams.
We want funding to accelerate our growth, not become a prerequisite for our survival.
Of course, this approach comes with trade-offs.
We're not a massively funded company with dozens of developers and unlimited resources.
Our most important constraint isn't always the next product deadline.
It's our continuously shrinking financial runway.
That means we sometimes have to pursue several opportunities in parallel rather than dedicating every available resource to a single product.
It's not necessarily the easiest approach, and certainly not the fastest in every individual area.
But I believe it gives us a better chance of building something sustainable.
๐ 4. HOW THE PIECES FIT TOGETHER
Here's the bigger picture of what we're building and how the different products complement one another.
๐ LSF EXCHANGE โ THE ACCESS AND LIQUIDITY LAYER
Our ambition is to establish LSF Exchange (@LUNCSwapfun ) as the go-to trading and liquidity destination for Terra Classic.
That means providing access to major blue-chip cryptocurrencies and tokenized assets, improving liquidity aggregation and split routing, and making it increasingly easy to move assets between Terra Classic and other blockchain ecosystems.
But LSF Exchange isn't just about swapping tokens.
It also represents a distribution channel, a cross-chain onboarding opportunity, and a potential source of sustainable revenue.
An important part of our long-term strategy is for the Juris Treasury to become a major stakeholder in the LSF ecosystem, creating an additional economic connection that can ultimately benefit JURIS stakers.
This is how we want to build lasting value between our products rather than keeping them isolated.
๐ฆ JURIS PROTOCOL โ THE DEFI SAVINGS AND CREDIT LAYER
Juris is the heart of everything.
Think about it.
Why should someone bring BTC, ETH, PAXG, or tokenized S&P 500 exposure to Terra Classic in the first place?
Simply to trade it?
That's one reason, but not enough.
What if they could use those assets as collateral to borrow USDC without having to sell their underlying exposure?
What if they could access savings products, lending markets, and eventually more sophisticated financial services?
That's where Juris comes in.
LSF Exchange helps users access and move assets.
Juris gives those assets additional financial utility once they arrive.
Over time, we also want to expand supported collateral markets to other major crypto assets, including SOL and BNB, subject to suitable infrastructure and risk parameters.
The objective is to make Terra Classic a place where capital can actually be put to productive use.
๐ฑ LUNCDASH โ LSF WALLET โ THE USER ACCESS LAYER
LuncDash will continue its role as an analytics and on-chain data provider across our ecosystem.
Meanwhile, its wallet product is being prepared for rebranding and relaunch as LSF Wallet.
The goal is to bring trading, bridging, asset management, and access to our ecosystem products closer together in a unified user experience.
We don't want users to navigate a maze of disconnected applications just to make use of our services.
We want the experience to become progressively simpler and more intuitive.
๐ณ CARDS AND FIAT ONRAMPS
Together with new partners, we're also working on bringing payment cards and fiat onboarding solutions to Terra Classic.
These are important pieces of infrastructure if we want to attract users beyond the existing crypto-native community.
Making it easier to enter, use, and eventually spend value within the ecosystem is a meaningful part of our longer-term vision.
๐ SIMPLYLUNC โ CROSS-CHAIN SWAP INFRASTRUCTURE
SimplyLunc is another piece of the puzzle.
Its cross-chain swap engine is intended to connect with our wider ecosystem once ready, helping improve access and interoperability across supported networks.
The fewer obstacles users encounter when moving capital, the better.
๐ช $LUNCPUMP โ THE FUTURE LSF GOVERNANCE AND DEX TOKEN
We're targeting 2027 for the introduction of the LSF ecosystem token, $LUNCPUMP.
And when that happens, I want it to be a properly prepared, professional launch with a clearly defined role in governance and the economics of the exchange.
Not something rushed into the market just because people want another token.
We're also considering a potential relaunch of the original @LUNCPumpfun platform, integrated into the wider LSF ecosystem.
More details will follow when we're ready.
๐ข 5. BRINGING EVERYTHING TOGETHER UNDER BUMEO
This brings me back to the platform I've been quietly working on.
As the number of products and operational responsibilities grows, our internal structures have to evolve as well.
We need better coordination, clearer ownership, more consistent communications, and a unified way of managing everything we're building.
That's why we're working toward a central operating platform with AI-assisted workflows.
Not to replace the people who make this ecosystem what it is, but to help our small team operate more efficiently and professionally.
Less fragmentation. Better execution. Clearer communication.
At the same time, one of our priorities for the remainder of 2026 is to establish the appropriate legal and organizational structures for the different activities within the ecosystem.
We want to enter 2027 with a clearer foundation and increasingly shift our focus toward:
Business development and strategic partnerships
Operations and organizational efficiency
Growth, marketing, and user acquisition
Funding and investment opportunities
Sustainable cash flow and revenue generation
Product development will continue, of course, but increasingly in a way that matches our available resources and commercial priorities.
โค๏ธ 6. WHAT THIS MEANS FOR OUR COMMUNITY
I know the past months haven't always been easy.
I know some of you have been frustrated by changing priorities, delays, or the feeling that we're working on everything at once.
And I understand that from the outside, the bigger picture hasn't always been visible.
Part of that is simply the reality of building a young business in a difficult market.
But part of it is also on me.
I've spent so much time thinking about how all these pieces connect that I've sometimes assumed the connections were more obvious to everyone else than they actually were.
They weren't.
That's why we're changing how we communicate.
I want our community to better understand what we're building, why we're building it, and how the individual products contribute to the overall strategy.
I also want to be clear that our ambitions are not guarantees.
There are risks, dependencies, limited resources, and plenty of challenges ahead.
Some things will take longer than expected. Some plans may change. Some experiments may not succeed.
But the objective remains the same.
Build useful infrastructure. Attract users and liquidity. Generate sustainable revenue. Strengthen Juris Protocol. And help Terra Classic develop a real economic ecosystem.
We're not trying to survive on hype alone.
We're trying to build something that can eventually sustain itself.
And yes, sometimes that means taking a longer and less obvious road.
๐ THE ROAD AHEAD
The next phase is about consolidation, professionalization, and execution.
Bringing our products together.
Improving the public-facing experience.
Building stronger operations.
Establishing sustainable business models.
Finding the right partners and funding opportunities.
And gradually turning the infrastructure we've been building into an ecosystem that people actually want to use.
Juris Protocol is still the heart of this journey.
LSF Exchange, LSF Wallet, @SimplyLunc, @LUNCDash, and our other initiatives are being developed to help create the conditions for that heart to thrive.
This is how I build.
Identify the goal. Understand the obstacles. Build what is missing. Create opportunities along the way. And keep moving forward.
It may not always look conventional from the outside.
But there is a method to the madness. ๐
Thank you to everyone who continues to believe in what we're building, contributes their time and energy, and sticks with us through the difficult phases.
We're still here. We're still building. And there's a lot more to come.
Let's build something that lasts. ๐ค
