This system detects Flock camera signals, so that when you drive by a Flock camera, the device automatically blocks your license plate.
Once you're out of range, your plate visibility returns to normal.
I'm almost certain this is illegal to do, so I'm not recommending you do it, but I will certainly be looking for the follow-up video so we can see how it's done - for informational purposes only, of course. ๐
