So many more partnerships have been growing since our last ministerial visit towards the end of last year- our whole School #DYW strategy is now fully embedded into the fabric of our school - bring on more exciting employer engagement from #LHSDYW24 - whoop whoop! 🙌🙌🎉🥳
We had a wonderful morning hearing the positive experiences that pupils from @LarbertHigh have had with employer engagement🥳
They have told us that the skills they are learning now will be transferable skills for the world of work!

Fantastic training session tonight with Mrs Connacher and @WeLoveCoffee1 roasters developing our #barista skills. We learnt so much about specialty #coffee and making the perfect espresso based drink. Looking forward to sharing our learning with our pupils! @LarbertHigh
Work experience at the beautiful 4 star Inchyra Grange for our @LarbertHigh senior pupils today. Learning valuable industry skills as part of their level 5 course. I was so impressed with the excellent feedback you all received from the staff at the @MacInchyra hotel.
Great first week meeting all the new S1 chefs! Well done learning how to work safely in the kitchen whilst producing some absolutely delicious apple crumbles 🍎
So impressed with this class of young chefs today. Each planned, designed and created their own cooked wrap as part of their product development task. So impressed with the creativity, commercial awareness and organisation they displayed to achieve such fantastic finished dishes
