Having a supreme court that interprets the law fairly is crucial because an unchecked government is dangerous.

Oil was up to around $120 a barrel when gas was was $5.00 during the Biden Regime.
Now it's around $100 a barrel and gas in many areas is already way above $5.00. I paid $4.64 this morning and it keeps going up.
Would I be wrong to assume the oil companies are colluding with the Democrat Party to keep the gas prices artificially high for the midterm election?

My phone just pinged me with an “on this day” memory from this day three years ago on 9/20/23.
We were in Eagle Pass, TX and witnessed a mass illegal crossing of more than 4,000 illegal aliens crossing in one single spot in just two hours, leading to CBP having to shut down the nearby international bridges & ports of entry.
@FoxNews was the only network there.
The only resistance offered was Texas military & DPS assets which had placed razor wire at the edge of the river, but the Biden Border Patrol cut through it and in one infamous case, even used heavy machinery to lift it out of the way so the illegal aliens could proceed into the U.S.
A complete free for all that day - and it would get even worse three months later in December 2023 when the illegal crossings reached the highest ever recorded in U.S. history with more than 11,000 in a single day.

It “is neither a Freedom of Information Act nor an Official Secrets Act.” The press’s core protection is the right to communicate information once obtained, not a right to collect it from the government.
Pell v. Procunier (1974) and related cases: The press has no constitutional right to information or locations not available to the public generally.
Zemel v. Rusk (1965): “Entry into the White House [is not] a First Amendment right. The right to speak and publish does not carry with it the unrestrained right to gather information.”

The voter pamphlet statement that the Ferguson-Pedersen state income tax scheme requires a vote of the people to be applied to everyone is a LIE. The State Legislature can remove Section 314 and the 9.9% state income tax applies to EVERYONE.
And it will apply to retirement income.
The Ferguson-Pedersen scheme removes legal protections that retirement money used to have in state law.
These LIES are unnecessary. Our state government doesn't have a "budget crisis." It has a SPENDING problem. We don't even need spending cuts: If we just hold spending steady, we don't need the Ferguson-Pedersen scheme.

A landmark Finnish study has found a sharp rise in psychiatric illness among adolescents following sex-alteration procedures.
The peer-reviewed study, published in Acta Paediatrica, tracked every young person under 23 who contacted Finland's gender clinics between 1996 and 2019.
A total 2,083 individuals were studied, with 16,643 matched controls. They were followed for up to 25 years.
Finland's health registers are mandatory, which means no one opts out — this is the complete national picture.
The numbers: psychiatric morbidity rose from 9.8% to 60.7% in adolescents who underwent feminising reassignment, and from 21.6% to 54.5% in masculinising reassignment.
Even after adjusting for prior psychiatric history, gender-referred adolescents faced five times the risk of male population controls, and three times the risk of female controls.
"Psychiatric needs do not subside after medical gender reassignment," the authors concluded.
Referrals after 2010 arrived sicker. 47.9% had already needed psychiatric treatment before their first clinic visit, against 15.3% among controls.
The authors' read: for some adolescents, gender distress may be secondary to other mental health challenges.
The evidence keeps mounting. The silencing continues anyway.

However, they have no First Amendment right to privileged White House access.
And if you think there is such a right, then think it through. That means every citizen journalist on X has a First Amendment right to privileged White House access.

That’s why courts have repeatedly held that once the White House provides access to journalists, it cannot deny that access arbitrarily or based on the content of their reporting. One would think someone like this knows the difference between the 1st amendment and White House access.
One is constitutionally protected, the other is privilege.
No one is stopping the people who have been excluded access from providing their “curated stories.”
They just don’t get to talk to the President directly anymore.
And for four years, none of these people complained that Biden gave extremely rare press conferences or why that might be.

FAKE NEWS CNN just treated a White House press pass like a constitutional right and wheeled out Floyd Abrams to bless the panic.
They want you to believe Trump banning CNN is the same as shutting down the First Amendment. It’s not. The First Amendment stops the government from telling you what to print. It does not guarantee CNN a front-row seat, a briefing room chair, or lifelong access after years of hit jobs dressed up as journalism.
Nixon didn’t like the press either. That doesn’t mean every network gets permanent residency in the West Wing. The White House is not a public park. Access is not a sacrament. If your product is poison and propaganda, you don’t get to cry tyranny when the door closes.
