Caffeine & Chaos

Ironically, I was just telling my husband I wish I could slow down and enjoy life more. Being stuck on the couch for 2 weeks minimum was not at all what I meant.

Well I go back in next Thursday for another X-ray, but the doctor said I can't put pressure on it at all for the next 2-4 weeks and then I'll have to wear the boot for probably 8-10 weeks. 🤕

My poor husband's back 😭 He insists on carrying me anywhere around the house I need to go. As someone who is always on the go, this broken foot is going to really suck.

"Now we will have even more time to read!" I guess a broken foot means more read alouds in bed 😅

Thank you everyone for the kind words. Unfortunately it is most definitely broken. I got a boot and crutches. I already hate the crutches 😭

Well, I was not careful and I fell down our front steps. We are now on the way to the doctor, because I think I may have broken my foot 😭😭
