Yesterday 2 of my colleagues & I had to go to another school site to observe a teacher. I think I left feeling more overwhelmed & anxious. There were so many cool things she did that I haven’t been trained on& she had so many materials that I don’t have & feel like I need now 😬

Behind every classroom door is a teacher doing a little extra, purchasing a little more, and finding ways to keep the kids focused. If you can, help #SupportAClassroom. You can repost a #clearthelist, sprinkle a #DonorsChoose, or maybe purchase from a teacher’s wishlist. Anything helps and is greatly appreciated. #BeAGoodHuman

I thought I saw a mouse in my bathroom last night & I am terrified to go in there. This is the longest I’ve ever gone w/o using the restroom 😬

Hello November! The holiday season is officially upon us and teachers are heading into one of the busiest times of the year. As we head into this season of giving, let us not forget the teachers who give of themselves every single day. If you can, help #SupportAClassroom. This can be done through a repost of a #ClearTheList, a sprinkle to a #DonorsChoose, or a surprise purchase from a teacher’s wishlist. Any help is appreciated. #BeAGoodHuman

This ⬇️ is on my #wishlist & supposed to be funny but it’s more than that. I have a good relationship w/students & they often come confide & share w/me info that they won’t w/the office. I’ve been able to prevent a lot of situations from escalating. 🫶amazon.com/hz/wishlist/ls/1E…

Sneak peak @ my @DonorsChoose project that is in the pre funding stage but should have a 2x match‼️ This will provide meals/snacks for students who are facing food insecurity so they can have food to eat on weekends/holidays. 🫶Please RP 🫶 email.donorschoose.org/ls/cl… #teacher

Could you possibly take a moment to share a teacher’s #ClearTheList post tonight? Or, if you can, #SupportAClassroom with a sprinkle to a #DonorsChoose and a purchase from a wishlist. Anything is helpful and appreciated during this time of year when the days are getting shorter and the kids are getting antsier. #BeAGoodHuman

Today in class “Wait Miss… you have kids?” “Yes” “You’re MARRIED?” “Ummm yes, excuse me!?!” “We thought you were young. But we can see the gray hairs now.” 🤦🏼‍♀️
