Ended up finishing 11th at 11-2 with my “perfect” to me Irelia list. I made a lot of changes after the bans, but the main deck stayed consistent the whole time. Every card came up, heart of dark ice being the biggest Hangup overperformed for me multiple times. Ended up 2nd Irelia
9-2 finish. Played well except for my 1 loss today. Between @itsDuulan and I,our 4 losses were the mirror 3 times and kaisa. Deck feels absurd. Fuck scuttle, star crossed and switcheroo. Happy with the work we put in. We took some clear design choices that planned out well for us

2 years is a long time. Basically permanent in my mind. No way he comes back to riftbound after this.
However you may feel about the decisions made today, one thing is for certain - it’s refreshing for so much clarity in to why decisions are made. After years of silence 360 days a year in Magic, multiple updates from Dave Riftbound himself is a breath of fresh air.
Does this mean there is a possibility of bans before Las Vegas?
