Mrs. Hayward's Class

We had so much fun this afternoon at the Gr. 7 career fair! The gym was hopping! Thank you @mlang_67 and @scottkuntz22 for organizing such a fun event! @RCSD_No81

Last night we had our first reading night in a long time - thank you to all the families who came out to Read Under the Stars with us! @RCSD_No81

More pictures of our fabulous reading night! Again, a big thank you to the 170 people who came out to read with us!

Congratulations to our St. Gabriel Battle of the Books champions - the Book Busters, and our runner ups the Chapter Cheetahs and the Gamebooks! Awesome reading!

Our teachers are feeling the love this week - a HUGE thanks for our amazing CSCC for organizing all the meals, treats, and surprises! @RCSD_No81

Yesterday our Gr 3 class led us in a lovely Remembrance Day liturgy. Today I hope you all take some time to reflect and give thanks for those who bravely served our country. #LestWeForget #RemembranceDay

It was a day of excitement, but also a little sadness as the students said good bye to Mrs. Morhart today. She starts her new position at @SacredHeartRCSD next week! We will miss you Mrs. Morhart - good luck on your new adventure! @RCSD_No81

Where would be be without Mrs. Ripplinger?! She is the heart and soul of our school. She has all the answers, knows where everything is, and knows every student by name! We are so thankful for all that she does 🙏 #AdministrativeProfessionalsDay2021

The gr 1 and 6 class celebrated #worldreadaloudday2021 by doing some buddy reading via Teams! @classrieger @MsHaywardsClass @RCSD_No81

A big thanks to @classrieger for organizing our @Z99Radiothon fundraiser, and an even bigger thanks to our Guardian families who, in only 4 days, raised $3620 to help save babies lives! Amazing! @RCSD_No81

We did it Guardians! We made it through 2 weeks of online learning! Thank you for showing up everyday and working hard! Teachers can’t wait to see you back in the classroom on Monday 😊 @RCSD_No81
