We stopped the proposed national Digital ID - now we must stop it returning "by the back door" GOV UK One Login is already used across 200+ government services and processes - including things people are legally required to do Millions of company directors must now verify their identity. The Government’s only free route uses One Login; the only way to avoid it usually means paying an authorised provider £60–£120 How voluntary is digital identity if you must pay not to use it @andyburnham? Together is calling for: 1. An immediate freeze on One Login pending a genuinely independent review 2. Parliamentary scrutiny and proper safeguards 3. Free, genuinely equivalent non-digital alternatives We stopped the national Digital ID proposal - now help us make sure it cannot be rebuilt by the back door by backing the call at the link below, and sharing this post to spread the word - thank you: BACK THE CALL TO FREEZE ONE LOGIN: togetherdeclaration.org/free…

Rayner is on the run. Her department destroyed all the evidence behind Labour’s “Islamophobia” definition. I’ve forced officials to launch an investigation.

Digital proof of age for alcohol sales is no longer merely a proposal. It came into force across England and Wales last week. For now, the Government says both sides retain a choice: businesses do not have to accept it, customers do not have to use it, and physical ID remains valid. But this is a significant new everyday use of the Government-regulated digital-verification system - and GOV UK Wallet is expected to join it later. That choice must remain real as adoption spreads: no penalty, no poorer service and no digital ID by default. gov.uk/government/news/new-r…

If British authorities are now turning trackers off so they can secretly ferry illegal immigrants onto British shores then how can we trust the government when they say the numbers are down?
Here they come again. Interestingly a couple of British boats were on their way to meet them but they appear to have turned their trackers off. They don’t want people to know which port they’re taking them to.

Jim Ratcliffe said: “I’m sure people will find it hard to believe that we are being forced to mothball some of the most efficient plants in Europe but with gas prices now 12 times the level in the US and eight times that of China, we just cannot compete." “Not only is the ridiculously high gas price in the UK destroying our manufacturing base and the jobs of hard-working people on Humberside, it is also massively increasing the environmental burden with replacement products supplied from the USA at double the carbon emissions and from China at eight times the emission level. “The UK government’s energy policy is leading to economic vandalism on an industrial scale, exporting jobs to China and the United States and driving up global CO2 emissions at a stroke.” Labour's deindustrialisation drive is proceeding apace.

If you give a £50 note to a butcher, who then buys from the baker, who then buys from the candlestick maker, it’s worth £50 to each of them, & after 50 transactions it’s still worth £50 If you pay by card, the bank takes 1.5%, 3% or even 5% The butcher, baker and candlestick maker all have to pay the bank for the privilege of transacting, and by 50 transactions… The bank has the whole £50 in fees This is the real reason they want a cashless society Cash is freedom, but it’s also trillions the banks can NOT take from you

Because the BBC is captured. This is an extraordinary piece of editing. It's as if the BBC is trying to memory-hole the October 7 atrocities. Uncle Stalin would be proud of them.
BBC Radio 4’s news flagship show this morning cut out Ed Sheeran’s condemnation of 7 October, leaving listeners with only his words on Gaza. Why did the BBC choose to make such a biased editorial call?

The Atlantic Basin hasn't seen a single hurricane at this point in the season for the first time in 112 years. El Niño-driven winds have suppressed and dissipated the Atlantic hurricane season so far. Hardly any media coverage about this. But as soon as a hurricane does arrive, the usual climate alarmism will be pumped out by the media.

If this bunch of thick Islamist thugs can stop John Cleese from performing then the country is truly finished.
"John Cleese, you’re not a comedian - you’re a hate preacher. Birmingham and its community outright reject your so-called 'comedy.' You aren't welcome here." Muslim activists in Birmingham have released a video condemning British comedian John Cleese ahead of his visit to perform in the city. The activists accuse Cleese of promoting anti-Muslim and anti-Islam views, pointing to a series of controversial comments he has made about Islam and Muslims on X. In March, Cleese claimed that the Qur’an’s teaching was “ALL about acquiring power, killing ‘infidels’ and imposing Islam on everyone”, while arguing that Britain’s Christian tradition was superior. Cleese has rejected accusations of Islamophobia, describing himself instead as “Islamosceptic”. He is due to perform at Birmingham Town Hall on September 20 as part of his John Cleese and the Holy Grail tour, which is visiting 18 venues across England. Several of the cities on the tour, including Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds and Bedford, are home to substantial Muslim communities. @deen1fied
