Just submitted our @ycombinator (YC) application. We @MyPerro_ might not be the obvious fit, hardware, India-first, still early. Applied anyway, because MyPerro is worth building and you don't get anywhere by not knocking. Collars on real dogs, 35 families paid before we shipped, first 110 signed with boarding partners. All on grants, zero marketing. Fingers crossed. Either way, the dogs are already wearing them.

My wild card Demo Day @ResidencyBLR What I learned: - Hardware is slow. - Supply chain is everything. - Launch-worthy > perfect. - Ship, then improve. - 24-slide decks are a crime 😭 - Don’t throw numbers before you have paid traction.
