Help keep our community warm this winter. We are currently collecting donations of winter coats, hats, gloves, mittens, and boots for all ages!

When carving pumpkins isn't ideal, remember there are plenty of other ways to decorate them. Grab some supplies from around the house, let children get creative, and see where their imagination takes them.

There's a place for everyone in the kitchen. Involving children in meal preparation helps build life skills, encourages independence, and creates opportunities for connection. When you can, make cooking a family activity.

The full moon arrives October 26. May you find time to slow down, look up, and connect in the way that feels right for you.

Every child deserves the opportunity to grow up confident in their spirit, proud of who they are, and surrounded by love.

A Youth Shaker Workshop at SCFLC brought youth together through hands-on learning and community connection. It was wonderful to see participants helping one another, sharing stories and conversations, and working side by side as they continued working on their bundles together.
