My position database is updated with 3.0 ✔️
I'm up to around 800 players now, keeping it as up to date as I can after each event.
Lots of positions' average ratings changed too - article on that soon

With the launch of 29 new metrics, we are bringing new Attributes stats tables to HLTV for: Entrying, Trading, Opening, Closing (formerly Clutching), Sniping, and Utility
💡 On these pages, you can find the new role filters and isolate stats for just AWPers, riflers or IGLs

It's time for a VRS special on "Come Here" 👀📊
In light of the Major race heating up for Singapore and the recent BCG/Sashi scandal, @NER0cs and @Nohte invited VRS expert @MischiefCS2 to talk about the good and bad parts of the current system:

So many new stats to dive into here, the old-fashioned way or with brain
E.g. here's the players who took the most grenade damage per round (GADRR) so far this year

Does @NER0cs rig MVPs for m0NESY? Does @StrikerHLTVorg award MVPs for the sake of Top 20? 🤭
These and other claims against HLTV's MVP decisions are answered on the new Come Here podcast with the participation of the long-time critic, @Mauisnake:

Everyone who is upset about Sangal and R4DYX, please remember that this is data from September 28
That's when he had a 1.05 rating over 38 maps, quite a low sample, and before his two 1.20+ LANs
Once those events are included, I'm sure he will be rewarded

Reminder of a PR to the VRS model I wrote where teams would be restricted to their highest priority region 2months before the major
Asia&OCE have the lowest point ceiling due to the lack of teams &events, and this prevents the advantage of unequal trades

Think my sims are pure waffle? I dont blame you
VRS is very confusing, its closed and its not easy. I want to change that
Introducing OpenVRS: Full auditable sim data, plan your calendar, compare event worth, test roster changes and a lot more. Explanation ⬇️ (lots of waffle)
JT has an easier job than previous IGLs simply because of malbsMd
For the first time in a long time, the success or failure of a Liquid lineup won't be down to rifler balance
Still plenty to do, and some great insight from @DrTcCs on how JT can make it happen ⤵️
Will JT bring Liquid back to glory? 🤔
@NER0cs and @Nohte talked through what their new project is with JT's ex-coach and fellow South African @DrTcCs on the latest Come Here:
