@asda there was nothing but a hollow apology and nothing offered by way of apology! I will never shop with Asda again and I’ll encourage anyone I speak to to do the same! Pathetic customer service!
So @asda now I need to go and replace this shopping, no doubt in person at another supermarket, oh but wait you still have my money as that will taken a few days to be back in my account!
@asda well the shopping never came - a call this morning tells me the order was cancelled yesterday but I’ve had no communication from Asda about this!!! This is unacceptable
