For the avoidance of doubt: there are no Brexit benefits. It's time for the UK to rejoin the EU.

๐Ÿ’”Tragic: swifts are finding their chicks dumped in skips and their nests blocked up by building work. ๐ŸšจWe need an emergency system that forces police & councils to act IMMEDIATELY when nests are threatened. Sign the petition now ๐Ÿ‘‡ you.38degrees.org.uk/petitioโ€ฆ via @38degrees

Dear American friends! I guess most of you are off to vote in the midterms about now. Here's a little guidance from brilliant Canadian conceptual artist Michael Kryton and his piece "The Mount Rushmore Quartet." ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿ–ค

Very clever.
After the apple joke, I was trying to think of what would be next... never would have guessed an Eggs-Box 360! ๐Ÿ˜‚ RIP Legend!

A firefighterโ€™s gentle embrace calmed a terrified deer on thin ice. He walked out alone across the fragile surface, patient and careful. When she panicked and broke free, he never gave up. In the end he held her close, and she finally relaxed, as if she knew she was finally safe.
An amazing turn of events that turned a devastating tragedy into an extremely heartfelt rescueโ€ฆ The first thing I asked myself is if I wouldโ€™ve stopped or just went on as if it was nothing.

Alastair Campbell, "I will say to Zia Yusuf and his friend Nigel Farage" "Brexit has taken 6-8% out of economy" "If we had not left, the Chancellor today would have had ยฃ90 billion more to spend" "He could have doubled the defence budget" Fiona Bruce, "That is a projection Alastair, no one can be sure about that" Alastair Campbell, "And added 50% to the health budget as well" "The people who gave us Brexit now want to give you another set of false promises" "Do not fall for them because they are a bunch of conmen. They're being found out. And its one reason why Nigel Farage will never be Prime Minister of this country" My view: Fiona Bruce was quick to dismiss Campbellโ€™s figures as โ€œa projectionโ€. But that shouldnโ€™t be a way to shut down the argument. Campbell was making a point about what Brexit has cost the country: on his figures, a 6โ€“8% hit to the economy means around ยฃ90 billion less for the Chancellor to spendโ€”enough, he said, to double the defence budget or increase health spending by 50%. And remember what Nigel Farage was saying in 2016: that even without a trade deal, Britain would be better off than it was then. The evidence points the other way. The OBR estimates that Brexit will leave UK productivity around 4% lower than it would have been inside the EU; other studies put the economic hit higher. That means weโ€™re poorer than we would have been had we stayed. So yes, these are estimatesโ€”but the claims made by Brexitโ€™s champions were projections too. Bruceโ€™s caveat shouldnโ€™t obscure the central question Campbell raised: how much has Brexit cost us, and what could that money have done for the country?

The reporters - and cameras - should walk away. This is horrible behaviour towards people doing a serious job. It is bullying. It is disgusting.

Only one water company given a decent report from the regulator so we must renationalise.
