The trick isn’t convincing people pellagra is wrong. It’s keeping them far enough away to ever realize or even consider it. Flood the space w/ workaround “biohacks” so niacin/tryptophan deficiency stays out of the frame. A sophisticated consensus organized around never seeing it.

Dysglycemia is a pellagra issue—not one of carbs/eating W/o adequate nicotinic acid + d-tryptophan, food can’t efficiently convert Fasting leads to even less tryptophan reserve, greater NAD+ demand, worse substrate handling, & eventually worse glycemic control when food returns

There’s a difference between freedom of speech and false-claiming a Bill Gates-funded insecticide >500x as lethally toxic as glyphosate is the “cancer cure.”

Dementia is literally one of the quintessential “Ds” of pellagra (nicotinic acid + tryptophan insufficiency), yet every supposed “expert” remains repetitively thinking about something else other than what is causally driving its etiopathogenesis (for one) jnnp.bmj.com/content/75/8/10…

^Another boosted account promoting yet another phenol weakly trying to mimic nicotinic acid-GPR109A binding & activation. They’re knowledgeable experts who want to “prevent and cure cancer” for instance but yet always “overlook” the real thing, in favor of what tries mimicking it

You herbalists—or maybe just yourself personally—are a bigger joke than I first presumed. You didn’t even read the papers, let alone the abstracts—heck, EVEN THE TITLES. Or maybe you’re just playing dumb. Or are you really that dumb? Whatever the case, it’s pretty clear:
