After Felix was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at age 7, he and his younger brother Eric both took part in research at @NorthCandMNHS, including D-CYPHR - part of @NIHRBioResource.
Today, they're helping researchers better understand type 1 diabetes and improve care for future families.

ALT Two young individuals sit on a couch smiling, with a colourful abstract painting in the background. On the left side, there’s text from the NIHR, reading: "You should just do it. You might end up helping develop something to make your life easier." At the bottom, it notes "Felix and Eric, Research Participants," alongside a logo celebrating 20 years.
Prefer to give your spit sample in person? No problem! Join via an in-clinic appointment at selected BioResource centres. Some offer blood samples too.
