I have some big lime lying around, so I mix its juice with honey and throw some ice in and it just made one of my favourite drinks ever

citrus fruits are typically segmented, meaning you have to cut all segments to get the most out of it. A shows a line indicating a cut from the side of the fruit. while B shows a line indicating a cut from the top of the fruit. you can see that B misses multiple segments.

Yeah, but the way I cut it like that for a smaller size lime so I can squeeze more juice out of it (but the big one was an exception). And I also avoid it's core because if i cut straight through I will not be able to get juice out of it (because I have to squeeze it by hand)
