Today is World Mental Health Day. A little reminder that your mental health matters just as much as your physical health, and looking after yourself should always be a priority. Life won't always be easy, but you don't have to navigate the difficult moments alone. There's so much strength in reaching out to someone you trust and letting them Know how you are feeling. Give your mental health a number out of ten, it’s an easy way to share you are low. Please be kind to yourself, celebrate how far you've come and remember that you deserve the same love and care that you so readily give to others. Today and every day. And if you’re worried about someone….Ask twice…🫶❤️
