Overall, NHPI women earn just 59¢ for every $1 paid to white, non-Hispanic men. But recently proposed Census rules could hide these gaps by ending key race & ethnicity data collection. You can't fix what you can't count! #NHPIWomensEqualPayDay
For every $1 paid to white, non-Hispanic men, NHPI women working full-time year round are paid just 67¢. For those who work part-time, it's just 59¢. Some NHPI communities face even steeper gaps. We need policies that protect all NHPI women & close the gap. #NHPIWomensEqualPayDay
