For the 14.5 Rays fans that follow me No, they aren’t re-signing Peralta. No, they aren’t bringing back Randy or Lowe. If they are going to make a “splash” off-season move, I think it’s Marte trade or Arraez signing. No, Bodine and Gillen will not be on the opening day roster

Only chance Bodine is on opening day roster is if he signs pre-arb long term extension. Otherwise, he will be up mid May. Gillen will me up July 1 This is all assume there is baseball in 2027…. Which…. Y’know…

Evergreen take: no non-QB is ever worth 2 1sts + paying extension/already not on rookie contract salary.

Also, I really don’t give a shit about attendance/bad sports town arguments, but the Brewers fans taking over the Trop in the World Series is absolutely ridiculous. And no, it’s not because the stadium is in St. Pete, that takeover was happening in Tampa, St. Pete, wherever.

Also, the rays fans comparing pulling Ras tonight to pulling Snell in 2020. That’s a truly uneducated brain dead argument. Not in same stratosphere of same argument

Congrats to brewers. By far best team in baseball. Best team in the World Series.

2 runs. Not ideal. Not out of reach. Hit some baseballs.

4 runs. Super not ideal. Probably out of reach. Hit some baseballs and then hit some baseballs over a fence.
