Why is MTN NG migrating people to another tarrif without their consent?
I recharged N2000 airtime to make calls, I was on a call when I was notified “one minute remaining”.
I checked how long I had been on the call; it was just 11minutes.
I called customer care, and they said I was migrated from my previous tarrif to another. How? By whom?
They said it’s automatic depending on the data bundle. Since when did you start doing this?
I cannot even recharge my other MTN line because they have automatically subscribe to random games I have no idea about.
Once I recharge that line, they deduct it instantly as if I’m owing them.
I’ve called them several times concerning that, and they told me to cancel it using *305#.
But the moment I cancel it, the next day they subscribed me to another game.
