Why does Pakistan seem to welcome statements and political positions that favour Congress? This question deserves serious public scrutiny. From the Congress party’s response to the 26/11 Mumbai attacks to the debates surrounding surgical strikes, the Balakot airstrike and Pakistan-sponsored terrorism, the Congress party’s past decisions and statements continue to raise serious questions about whether political interests have been placed above national interests. Our national security must never become a matter of political convenience. When it comes to safeguarding India’s sovereignty, security and dignity, there must be no compromise.

Flagged off from Itanagar on 26th October, our kiwi has now reached Dubai and is on display at the prestigious LuLu Hypermarket, Al Qusais. This is the result of the sweat and hard work of our farmers. By linking our Annadatas to the world market, we are ensuring better prices, better incomes and a sustainable future for our rural economy. A giant leap for our farmers and a testament to Arunachal's immense horticultural potential.

Heartiest congratulations to Techi Doria on his outstanding achievement of scoring a magnificent 160 against Manipur in the Ranji Trophy, becoming the first cricketer from Arunachal Pradesh to register a 150-plus score in the tournament. Commendable initiative by the East Kameng District Police, in coordination with the District Administration, in conducting an enforcement drive under the Cigarettes and Other Tobacco Products Act (COTPA), 2003. The seizure of tobacco products being sold in violation of the law, particularly near educational institutions, reflects our firm commitment to protecting younger generation. I appreciate the 4th IRBN, BHQ Jully, for organising a Drug Awareness Campaign as part of the week-long observance of Police Commemoration Day and Rashtriya Ekta Diwas. It featured awareness videos, addresses by officers and inspiring recovery stories shared by personnel who have overcome drug addiction. The objectionable remarks made by Congress President Shri Mallikarjun Kharge Ji in Patna concerning the late father of Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji are deeply reprehensible and deserve strong condemnation. Political differences are natural in a democracy and the opposition has every right to question the government and criticise its policies. However, dragging the family of the Prime Minister into political discourse crosses the boundaries of decency and democratic conduct. Congress must reflect on this conduct and Shri Kharge Ji should express regret for his remarks. The people of India expect responsible leadership, respectful debate and politics guided by dignity and accountability.

I appreciate Capital Police for their prompt and decisive action in Itanagar, leading to the recovery of 24 vials containing 28.7 grams of suspected heroin and the arrest of an accused in connection with the case. Our commitment to combating drug-related offences remains unwavering.
