I think every software product should have a public changelog. It's one of the first things I look at when evaluating how fast a company moves. Tells you a lot about how actively they're shipping and what the team actually prioritizes. That's one thing I love about @NeetoHQ They share so much of what they're building and performing publicly. Going to start doing the same at Rasto.

At @neetohq we are competing on price. As writing software becomes more of a commodity, more and more software will compete on price. That's literally the economic definition of a commodity. Of course, taste and judgment will matter, but largely in the future, software will compete on price.
Competing on price is usually not a good idea. You should compete on value. I think @marclou was the first to unlock real money from Stripe with metrics. What's your moat?

One booking link for your whole team. No juggling booking links or deciding who takes the next meeting. That's round robin scheduling. Watch our new video to see how it works in NeetoCal and when to use it 👇 youtu.be/IOehcGphTvw #NeetoCal

It's a delight to work with folks who ask questions with such clarity. Such good writing. Simple writing is the best writing.

I recently killed the “Features” page across all Neeto products. Why? Because I realized I almost never used it myself. I wrote about why we killed it and what replaced it. buildingbinaries.com/p/why-w…

You can now create forms that show one question at a time. Choose the layout when you start a form from scratch, and each question gets its own screen with Previous and Next buttons. engage.neetoform.com/changel…

We made a bunch of small quality-of-life improvements to the NeetoRecord player. Better captions. Smarter video sizing. Clearer fullscreen controls. Better sidebar controls. Cleaner embeds. A few annoying UI bugs gone. Recording of all changes done buff.ly/9WnjIKn

Multi-step forms were the most-voted request on our roadmap, and you can now build them. Add a Page break wherever you want a new page to start, and respondents fill in one page at a time with Next and Previous. engage.neetoform.com/changel…

Want your agents to land on Active view instead of Unresolved when they sign in? NeetoDesk now opens the first view in their sidebar, so the order you set in the Admin Panel decides which view they see first. engage.neetodesk.com/changel…

Had fun working through various designs. Happy with how things turned out.
Can a play button carry your brand too? We wanted NeetoRecord’s play button to feel like ours while still being instantly recognizable as “play.” Here’s the story behind the redesign: neeto.com/blog/story-behind-…

Someone sends you a 12-minute recording, and you still have to figure out what you’re supposed to do next. NeetoRecord now pulls out the action items for you. Each one has a timestamp, so you can jump straight to the moment it was mentioned. engage.neetorecord.com/chang…

Your team calls it Triage. NeetoDesk called it New. Now you can rename built-in ticket statuses like New, Open, and Closed to match the language your team uses, without changing how the statuses work. 🎉 engage.neetodesk.com/changel…

Replying to @Tmeister
Switched over to @neetocal, from Calendly, almost two years ago. It positions itself as the Calendly replacement and it’s totally free. If you want to remove the branding, it’s still stupid inexpensive I’ve got a deal for you below. No affiliate link. influencewp.com/deal/booking…

You might want to try NeetoCal.com Round-robin scheduling is completely free, along with other features you might need in the future. neetocalhelp.neetokb.com/p/a…
I'm looking for an alternative to Calendly, and the only feature I want is round-robin scheduling. It's amazing that there is any option that doesn't charge at least $7 per month to offer this round-robin feature. I think it's time to vibecode our own solution.
