Very very debatable point. Yes entrepreneurship is great, but what about the networks you create at the colleges how do you make those when u start up. Especially for someone who is not from a previledged background.

I agree entirely and have been saying this for 2 decades. India would do well to close down business schools and focus on startup incubators. We need large scale startup formation and a lot of experimentation.

If you see street food vendors not using gloves, tell them that you won’t eat their food because of poor hygiene.
If you see dirty water being used or food being prepared in unhygienic conditions, don’t stay silent. Call it out
Stop normalising unhygienic food practices. People need to be held accountable for selling food that puts health at risk.
These habits continue because we’ve normalised seeing them. The moment people start speaking up and treating unhygienic practices as unacceptable, things will begin to change.

Reality:
These apples were harvested in Kinnaur - where night temperature last week during harvest was +1-2C. They arrived at our warehouse where night temperature is +5-7C
Then they travelled to Hyderabad - via Dehradun & Delhi.
Peak thermal shock would have been almost +35C. So a delta of +20C that goes right into the apple till the core.
What does an apple do? It protects itself. It's still alive because it has been freshly harvested.
The skin of an apple starts secreting natural wax - called Bloom. Due to the apples being bumped around and friction of the paper trays, the fresh bloom gets scraped as it's generated. Then the apple generates more bloom.

What to do with these apples?
Just rinse in cool water and wipe with a soft cloth. Put in the fridge so that the apples cool down.
