Maybe the future of autonomous driving is one where cars can become trains too. Drive normally through the city, then for longer trips, a giant arm lifts the entire car onto a rail line. Instead of people transferring, the car does.

At the shrine, helper drones carry luggage using wings instead of propellers. If drones are going to evolve, I hope they move not only toward speed and efficiency, but toward a future that makes us a little happier just by watching them.🦋

Last night, the young lady dreamed she was lounging on top of her favorite Japanese dessert, purin à la mode—a custard pudding served with fruit and cream. When she woke up, she apparently wasn’t quite ready to return to reality.
