Nervape CAMP Meet the Artists: Berlin - Gather - K! - Antonio Castello
Artwork: This Nervape figure represents one of the multiple artists living in the city, his hands and feet are dirty from painting, his hair style is revelrous and the back of his T-Shirt is marked by the tags and signatures of the friends who paint with him in the streets, his adopted family.
Artist Bio: The work of Berlin-based Colombian artist Antonio Castello exists at the intersection of visual art, urban interventions, and storytelling. Working across mixed media, painted photography, and graffiti, Castello moves beyond traditional image-making to construct new, layered realities.

Nervape CAMP: Meet the Artists
Berkeley - Seed - Abstracted Tie Dye - Héctor Muñoz-Guzmán
Artwork: For this piece, I wanted to connect the idea of a seed to my experience of Berkeley—a place where ideas, creativity, and opportunities can take root and grow.
I painted the figure with a brown background inspired by the earth, creating a grounding space for the colorful dots scattered across the surface. Each dot represents a different seed of possibility: the opportunities, people, ideas, and experiences that can emerge from being in Berkeley.
The bright colors are reminiscent of Berkeley tie-dye, reflecting the city’s colorful, expressive, and creative spirit.
Artist Bio: Héctor Muñoz-Guzmán (b. 1999) is a first-generation, disabled Chicano painter from South Berkeley, California, now based in Oakland. Through painting and collage, his work centers on the everyday lives and stories of working-class Mexican American communities.
